I’ve been working in Legal Operations for some time and consider it as “everything that supports efficient legal advice.” It is the most fulfilling job in the legal industry I’ve ever had.

For me it’s a chance to try new things, question traditional ways of working, be creative, and look for solutions to problems that classic lawyers might overlook. I don’t see myself as a classic lawyer and have never been fascinated by opinion disputes or legal arguments without real content or resolution.

Instead, I focus on making legal issues understandable and achieving pragmatic results as Manager of a highly motivated and skilled Legal Operations team. I am constantly on the lookout for ideas and tools that help us optimize workflows, automate processes, and ensure compliance.
