I’m a senior legal leader with over 17 years of experience across Europe and the Middle East, combining corporate law, legal operations, governance, and cross-border execution.

Currently, I oversee Corporate and International Legal Affairs as well as Legal Operations within the leadership team of a global healthcare company.

I serve as Co-Managing Director for several group-owned investment and holding entities, and I hold a supervisory board position in an international affiliate. These roles allow me to bring a legal lens to business decisions – and a business mindset to legal structures.
